Specialist provision for pupils with Autistic Spectrum Condition - The Dell

The school has been selected by the local authority to establish a provision for pupils with a diagnosis of autism. The provision opened in September 2019 and will cater for 8 pupils. The remit of pupils who attend the provision are:

  • They must have a diagnosis of Autism
  • They must have an Education Health Care Plan
  • They should be able to be integrated into a mainstream setting for part of their learning.

Admission to the provision is through East Sussex’s SEN panel who meet throughout the year to review cases and agree appropriate school placement of pupils.
