Grovelands administers its own in-year admissions, all applications in year should follow the procedures below which are in line with the school admissions policy which are available on this website.

Contact the school and agree a time to visit the school. A member of the school leadership team will tour you around the school and this will be an opportunity to ask any questions.

Complete East Sussex County Council admission form and submit to them.

East Sussex County Council will then inform the school that you have applied for a place for your child or children.

If a place in available in your required year group the school will make contact with you to complete all the necessary paperwork and arrange a start date.

If a place is NOT available the school will write to you informing you of this. and will send a waiting list form for you to complete.
